Q: What makes your approach unique?
A: Our approach is non-intrusive, we do not install any
software and in addition we invest our time and expertise upfront, at our cost.
Q: Do you only focus on the hardware?
A: No, we look at all elements including your licensing, connectivity,
storage, and support agreements, if you wish to include them within the scope
of the engagement.
Q: What does the initial assessment cost?
A: There is no cost or obligation if we do not identify any
cost savings within your environment.
Q: What happens if you do not identify any savings?
A: We present our findings and there are no further obligations.
Q: How much can I
expect to save?
A: We typically see savings of between 10% to 25% of our
clients IT Infrastructure cost.
Q: Do you target the entire IT environment in your assessment?
A: We agree on a scope of assessment, in larger environment we
generally identify specific areas to begin with and then expand the scope thereafter.
Q: How do you get paid for your services?
A: We work off a reward model, funded out of your cost
savings. We get paid when you realise your savings.
Q: How does this impact my operations?
A: Our collection method uses native toolsets within your environment,
we do not install anything that creates an overhead or disrupts your operations.
Q: What if I already have a monitoring or performance toolset?
A: We are not prescriptive in how we collect data and are
more than happy to use whatever data you have already, this also accelerates
the engagement.
Q: What services or products do you sell?
A: We specifically do not sell any service or products to remain
impartial and provide you with the best guidance.
Q: Is this an audit of my IT operations?
A: No, it is not an audit, we only access your performance
metrics to provide you with an optimisation roadmap.
Q: How do your implement any changes?
A: We create a roadmap with our clients and our preference is
that their own support staff and service provider effect the changes, they know
the environment and process best!
Q: What if I do not have the skills or capacity to implement
changes?
A: We have a strong partner network across disciplines that
we can introduce you to, they can most certainly assist with either additional capacity
or the required skills.
Q: What about my data?
A: We only work with performance data and do not collect or interrogate
your company or client data in any way whatsoever.
Q: I am concerned about security, having a third party
within my environment?
A: We do not require any access through your firewalls while
performing assessments, nor do we require users accounts. We prefer that your
own staff initiate any actions themselves.
Q: Will this take up a lot of our time, we have a heavy
workload as it is?
A: No, we do most of the work after understanding your
landscape.
